Brenda Ann (Demarest) Osborne, 75 passed away peacefully on July 18th, 2020 with her two daughters by her side and in the thoughts and prayers of her son. She battled diabetes for almost 50 years and her body finally succumbed to its complications.
She is survived by her daughter, Dawn (Osborne) Peine and son in law John Peine of Kila, MT, her son Edward Osborne Jr. in Sparta, NJ and her daughter Jamie (Osborne) Wenzel, son in law Ronald Wenzel, three grandsons, Zachary, Brandon and Chase of Bigfork, MT, many brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews along with many “grand” dogs.
Brenda was born on January 1, 1945 and grew up in Boonton, NJ. She was the oldest of 14 children. Throughout the years, she also lived in Haskell, Lincoln Park and Riverdale NJ, and most recently in Bigfork, MT.
Brenda truly loved people, it didn’t matter if they were related by blood or not. She had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. She had a few close friends that she enjoyed laughing and shopping with. She was very generous, had a big heart, and especially loved children. Brenda had a special relationship with her three “nieces” Nicole, Alyssa and Taylor Grzyskin, and adored her three grandsons, spending every vacation and holiday surrounded by family.
She also loved gardening and could literally grow anything. One of Brenda’s favorite places was the beach and she spent many summers in Long Beach Island, NJ. She loved vacationing with her sisters every year, and spent her last “sisters vacation” with her sisters Jane Dilks, Mimi Dilks and Sheila Glaser, along with Sheila’s daughter Anneliese Lomonaco and granddaughter Bowie in Bigfork, MT.
Brenda will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her family is praying that God holds her close until they all meet again.
