Charles David Stambaugh age 57, passed away on February 11, 2021 as a result of a Motor Vehicle Accident in Libby, Montana. Charles was born on May 05, 1963 to Wayne and Elizabet (Kuikahi) Stambaugh, in Honalulu, Hawaii.
Charles was raised in California, where he met the love of his life Lila Simpson. Charles and Lila were married in California in 1989.
Charles was a “well rounded” man when it came to his work. He was experienced in construction, mechanics, home remodels and custom framing for the front entrances of businesses. He could even repair appliances. He was a handyman to anything and everything.
He spent his Thanksgiving's volunteering at the VFW in Libby. Charles would help anyone who needed it.
He enjoyed many hobbies. Fishing, camping, photography and wood working. He loved building and inventing new things. He enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, metal artwork (any art), writing, playing golf online and video games with friends. Most importantly he loved BBQing with the family, where he would act as the “Family Comedian.” Charles will be forever missed.
Charles is survived by his wife; Lila Simpson, his children; Natasha Stambaugh (Kalispell, MT.), Gabrielle Stambaugh (Kalispell, MT.) and Josh Stambaugh (Florida). His sister; Kimberly Russell, his two brothers; Dwayne and Layne Stambaugh and two grandchildren; Leilani Stambaugh and Ertman Abramovitz, both of Kalispell, Montana.
A Graveside Burial Tribute will be held at 12:00 P.M. Friday, February 19, 2021 at Fairview Cemetery in Columbia Falls, MT.
