Connie Van Frachen

Connie Lizabeth Van Frachen age 53, passed away on Tuesday January 8, 2019 at her home in Kalispell, Connie was born on January 28, 1965 in Kalispell, Mt to Gary and Lois Van Frachen. In high school Connie excelled in track and gymnastics. She enlisted in the US Air Force and served honorably for 2 ½ years before being medically discharged. Connie then attended the University of Montana and earned her bachelors degree in Sociology. Serving as the director of multiple therapeutic group homes, much of her life was spent working with youth in need in Montana and New Mexico.  Connie was preceded in death by her grandparents Mina and Harry Jones, and brother in law Casey Griffin. She is survived by her son Mason Van Frachen, parents Gary and Lois, sister Cheryl Griffin, brother Mark and wife Candy, nieces, nephews, and cousins. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday January 15, 2019 at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home. Buffalo Hill Funeral Home and Crematory is caring for the family.
