Douglas E. Wood, 68, passed away Sept. 26, 2013, after fighting a courageous battle with cancer.
Doug was born Nov. 15, 1944, in Meridian, Miss.
Doug loved the Montana Wilderness and along with his friends, attempted to hike every trail in Glacier National Park.
Doug loved his IPA and no wimpy beer ever passed his lips. Doug loved his yellow Corvette, and occasionally even drove it but never when it was raining.
Doug is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Michelle Wood; eldest daughter, Tessa Greene; two granddaughters, Savannah and Alora; and youngest daughter, Noell Stewart. Doug is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Jim and wife, Lee, Wood; Pat Toth; Joyce Beattie; Dan Wood; Ken and Linda Wood; Ruth Wood; and Mike and Norma Wood. He will be forever missed and loved by his family and friends, but especially by Yvonne Hall and Cyndi Westbrook.
