Eric Gustafson

Eric Scott Gustafson was born December 22, 1965 in Whitefish Montana to Don and Zoe

Gustafson.  He passed away July 28th, 2015 at Health Center NorthWest from Multiple

Sclerosis at the age of 49.

Eric attended 12 years of school in Whitefish graduating from Whitefish High School in 1984.

He then attended Montana State University. Over his lifetime he worked in Arizona, Hawaii and

managed a motel in Chester, Montana for many years. He enjoyed many hobbies including

skiing on Big Mountain, hunting, fishing, and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He always

had a smile on his face and a warm heart that everyone enjoyed being around. His sense of

humor was the light that led us through many tough times.

Eric was preceded in death by his father, Don Gustafson and brother Gary Gustafson.  He is

survived by his mother, Zoe of Kalispell, his eldest daughter, Harlie Gustafson of Kalispell,

whom he adopted at the age of 1, and his youngest daughter, Sadee Gustafson of Kalispell.  He

is also survived by sister Lori Gustafson of Sacramento and brother Tim Gustafson of Reno and

many nieces and nephews.

The family is being cared for by Buffalo Hills Funeral Home.  A family celebration of his life will
