Erolyn Francis Blair passed away peacefully on July 10, 2012, at Northwest Health Care in Kalispell.
She was born on Sept. 19, 1927, to Charles and Marie Bushong in San Francisco.
Erolyn and her husband Bob moved to Somers permanently in 1987 from southern California. Erolyn and Bob were married in 1948 in Los Angeles. After many years of working with Bob in the motorcycle business, she retired to stay at home caring for their three sons.
Erolyn loved gardening and quilting. She made many friends while quilting at the Quilt Gallery in Kalispell. For the past several years she spent her winters in Palm Desert, Calif., and summers at her home in Somers.
Erolyn was preceded in death by her husband Bob, in 1996.
She is survived by sons, Mike and his wife Susan of Kalispell, their daughters Shannon Blair and Chris Parrott, and Katie Lanners and Jeff; Joe and his wife Kelli of Bigfork, their son Ricardo; and Steve and his wife Christine of Rancho Mirage, Calif., their daughter Kelly Gehrt and Matt, and son Robert and Courtney; along with five great-grandchildren; sister, Muriel Risdon; four nieces and one nephew; and longtime best friend, Dottie Sprotte.
Erolyn will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was the best wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend anyone could have asked for. She was generous, gracious, kind, lived quietly with class "and now resides in Heaven."
