Geraldine “Pat” Barten 83, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the Heritage Place in Kalispell. She was born September 5, 1932 in Chicago to Hugh & Elanor McNulty. Her early years were spent there when she met her husband Peter Barten and married September 1, 1951. They moved to Kalispell to enjoy retirement in 2000, loving the mountains. Pat is survived by husband Pete, children Dawn (Michael) Redmond, Joy Barten, David (Alice) Barten & Dean (Donna) Barten, 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Sarah McNulty & grandson Tony Redmond. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
