Jody was born in Omaha, Neb., on Jan. 1, 1964, and died in Marietta, Ga., on April 16, 2013.
Jody graduated from Flathead High School in 1983 and joined the Navy shortly thereafter. He was very proud of being a medical corpsman and his time spent serving his country. The knowledge he gained during that time served him well through the rest of his life.
After the Navy, he worked at Buffalo Hill Golf Course and then various golf courses in Florida. After a move to Georgia, he entered the construction business and continued with that until his passing.
His pastimes included golf, billiards, chess, Jeopardy and playing the guitar.
Jody never met a stranger and established friendships wherever he went. His loyalty was never in question.
He is survived by parents, Jim and Laurie Reedy of Kalispell, and Sharon L. Kay of Omaha, Neb.; and sisters, Breana Zechin of Kalispell and Trisha and Mark Windell of Tucson, Ariz. He will be missed by family and friends throughout the United States.
