Kevin Wayne Hendricks passed away Dec. 9, 2013, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.
He was born Nov. 1, 1954, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio to Lawrence and Donna Hendricks.
He worked on the railroad for a short time in the Pacific Northwest and still had great interest in the operations of railroad freight traffic through Whitefish. He enjoyed the outdoor activities of biking and camping, and was a frequent visitor at the Whitefish Library.
He is survived by his "family" of neighbors and friends at Mountain View Manor in Whitefish; his loyal railroad buffs, Scott, Dick and Kyle; and special friend, Sandra, in Snohomish, Wash.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life will be held in early January at Mountain View Manor. Call 862-4100 for information.
