Kalispell

Larry “Larz” Warren, at the age of 60, passed away from cancer in the comfort of his home on Tuesday, December 8, 2020. His final days were spent with all his loving family members at his home in Kalispell, Montana.

Larry was born in Seattle, WA. to father Larry E. Warren and mother Patricia Warren.   At two years of age, The Warren family decided to move back to Montana.   The family settled in Missoula.  Larry attended Hellgate High School and spent much of his time with family and friends.

Larry has had many job adventures in his early years from being a shepherd over by Plentywood, MT, to traveling to Alaska with his dad to work on heavy equipment in the oil fields. He finally settled in to being an automobile technician for more than 40 years.  In 1991 Larry moved to the Flathead Valley where he spent several years working for Eisinger Motors and Don K Chevrolet.

Larry met his life mate Linda in 2005 and the two were married on November 28, 2005. They began to build their life together in Kalispell as a blended family.

Larry’s first passion was snowmobiling. He would start planning his rides and preparing all his gear as soon as the first snows were seen on the mountains – and then would impatiently wait for more snow! His second passion was his three dogs. He spent every day hiking with them down along the Flathead River.  Larry also loved to build cars, (he built many over the years), he also loved to ride his Harley!

Larry enjoyed hunting and would spend many weekends out with his dad and with Linda on trips ranging all over the state.

When summer arrived, Larry would spend as much time as he could floating, fishing and camping with family and friends along the South Fork Flathead River and Hungry Horse Reservoir.

Larry is survived by his wife Linda and their daughters Kristin, Amanda and Nicole; his sisters Shannon, Joanne and Karen; his grandchildren Alicya, Elisabeth, Ethan, Joshua, Trey, Tony, Timothy and Avacyn; nieces Tricia and Tina; nephews Cody and Zachary, ; along with several great and great-great nieces and nephews and his bonus brothers Lonnie, Roger and Ron.

He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
