Laurie Anne (Absalonson) Cunningham, 65, of Kalispell, passed away April 26, 2014.
Laurie was born in Kalispell to Elmer and Nadine (Copley) Absalonson on Oct. 14, 1948. Laurie was raised in Kalispell and graduated from Kalispell High School in 1966.
She married Martin Gilman in 1967 and had three children. Laurie later divorced and in 1996 married Charles A. Cunningham.
She enjoyed cooking, crafting, scrapbooking, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
Laurie was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Charles A. Cunningham, of Kalispell; children, Michael Gilman of Irvine, Calif., Elaine Bentzinger of Redmond, Wash., Matt Gilman of Kalispell, and stepdaughter, Tamara, of Columbia Falls; brother, Harold Absalonson, of Spokane; and grandchildren, Landon, Noelle, Chase, Kelsey, Nicholos, Cody and Kadyn.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 1, at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home
