Marilee Davis, 67, died in Kalispell on May 15, 2013.
Marilee was born Feb. 10, 1946, in Pontiac, Mich., the daughter of John and Lee (Hester) Carman. She attended school in Oklahoma and also served in the U.S. Air Force.
Marilee was a most loving woman. She had a great compassion for people and animals, with no boundaries. She survived brain cancer in 2000. Her remission slowed her down, but she kept going.
Her strong heart to help people was amazing. Marilee will be missed dearly.
Marilee was preceded in death by her father, John Carman.
She is survived by her husband and soul mate for 28 years, Louis M. Davis; mother, Lee Carman; children, John Leach and Stacy Kirchoff; granddaughters, Carina Weiss, Sammie Leach, Osa Kirchoff and Michelle Leach; grandsons, Sebastian Weiss and Ian Kirchoff; and six great-grandchildren.
Celebration of life services will be held at 3 p.m. today, May 18, at Christ Church Episcopal in Kalispell.
