MaryAnn Christensen

MaryAnn Ruth Christensen passed away December 21, 2024 in Kalispell, Montana at the age of 65. MaryAnn was born on June 4, 1959 in Kalispell to John and Alice (Braaten) Christensen. MaryAnn attended Evergreen Grade School and graduated from Flathead High School in 1977. She then entered the workforce and her various jobs took her to Polson, Montana; Idaho Falls, Idaho; Portland, Oregon; Denver, Colorado and eventually back to Kalispell. She enjoyed her many years as a Paralegal working in Family Law. MaryAnn made many lifelong friends wherever she went and she remained close to her family throughout her life. As a young girl, she made the decision to serve God, and stayed true to that choice all her life. She had an open home and a warm welcome for all who visited her, from far and near. She will be greatly missed

MaryAnn is survived by her siblings: John (Ellen) Christensen of Idaho Falls, Idaho; Karen (Joe) Nelson of Petersburg, Alaska; Judy (Steve) Quigley of Kalispell, David (Denay) Christensen of Somers, Montana; Brothers-in-law Steve Hills and Kevin Hagbom; 18 nieces and nephews; many great-nieces and nephews, dear cousins and innumerable friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters JoAnne Hills and Marcia Hagbom.

A service for MaryAnn will be held on January 18, 2025 at 11:00am at the Best Western-Flathead Lake Inn and Suites, 4824 US Highway 93 South in Kalispell, Montana.
