Sharon Marie Robbin Herron went home to see her Savior face to face on Aug. 13, 2021.
Sharon was born in Kalispell on March 29, 1936, to George and Marie Robbin. She graduated from Flathead County High School in 1954. Sharon graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in nursing. She was an avid Husky football fan and anyone within a half a mile of her home during a game could hear her cheer them on.
Sharon married Paul Herron in 1962 and they had four children. Sharon was a devout Christian and a faithful prayer warrior. She worked for Kalispell Regional Hospital until she retired at the age of 77. Sharon was an incredible knitter and loved her church family at The River Church. Her favorite place in the world was on the shores of Flathead Lake where she spent many summers.
Sharon was preceded in death by her father and mother, as well as granddaughter Reise Herron.
Sharon is survived by her son Reid Herron (wife Ilise), son Mark Herron (ex wife Christa Sparks), daughter Shelbey Dutter (husband Tim), and daughter Jamey Herron. She had eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Sharon fought the good fight and finished the race. She is at a long-anticipated peace with Jesus Christ.
Sharon wished that any donations would be given to Lighthouse Christian Home where her daughter Jamey resides.
Services will be Sept. 24 at 11 a.m. at The River Church in Kalispell.
