Sonja Lentz

Sonja Kay Lentz age 69, passed away on March 13, 2021. Sonja was born to Arnold Stene and Ruby (Palmer) Stene, on March 9, 1952 in Shelby, MT.

Sonja’s life was filled with love and happiness. Sonja was raised in her younger years in Shelby, MT. Her family moved to Kalispell for a few years and Sonja went on to graduate high school in Plains, MT.

Sonja moved back to Kalispell where she met the love of her life, Jim Lentz. They were married for 35 years, and had son named Jeremy Lentz.

Sonja’s favorite things in life were books, unicorns, doing puzzles, spending time with family and camping. She would spend what were her favorite hours with her loving Mom every day. She now resides in Heaven, where she shines just like her nickname “Sunny.”

Sonja is preceded in death by her Father; Arnold Stene and her brother Maynard.

Sonja is survived by her Mother; Ruby Palmer and older Brother; Ron. Her Husband; Jim Lentz and many Nieces, Nephews, cousins and many more who love her dearly. She will be forever loved and missed.

A Burial will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, March 26, 2021 at Glacier Memorial Gardens in Kalispell. There will be no other services at this time.
