Stephen Joseph Rogers, born 3/18/1941 in Philadelphia, PA. Steve served in the United States Marine Corps from 1958-1962, he then joined the Philadelphia Police Department during the years 1962-1965. Steve moved to California in 1966 and joined the Los Angeles Police Department where he held several different roles throughout his tenure dating 1966- 1991. Steve retired to Montana in 1993 and was living in the Kalispell area, where he passed away following a long battle with cancer on the 29th of October 2011. Steve is survived by his wife Anne, two son's, Stephen and Brian, daughter in-law Valerie, grandchildren Kaelin and Makenna.
