Wanda Lee Garcia Blair, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt, passed away on November 23, 2022 in Kalispell, MT. She was the 2nd child of seven born in Raymondville, TX to Pepe and Wanda Jean Garcia. She graduated from Lyford High School in 1962. She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Peppy Garcia, Jr., and her husband Brad Blair.
Wanda was 78 years old and survived by her daughter Gerri Worley and husband Bill; her son Brian Tullis and wife Kathy; granddaughter Hilary Cronin and husband Tim; granddaughter Amanda Balderree and husband Justin; brother Fedo Garcia and wife Linda; brother Lamar Garcia and wife Cindy; brother Roy Anthony "Tony" Garcia and wife Donna; sister Steffie Garcia and husband Ed Lenamon; and sister Delores Lopez and husband Carlos; two great-grandchildren, Ford and Knox, plus numerous nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.
Wanda spent most of her adult life working in Harlingen as a secretary at Weldon Construction, Hobart Sales and Service, and finally at APC Home Health Care Services. Along the way she touched many lives and made many friends. Wanda dearly loved her family, along with her great love of George Strait and country music. She loved and was loved by many. Her smile will be missed.
A memorial service is planned for December 10th in Harlingen, TX at St. Alban's Episcopal Church at 2:00 p.m. 1417 E. Austin Ave. In Lieu of flowers, the family is asking to donate to Dementia Research.
