August 5, 1934 — February 14, 2024

Lakeside, Montana

Warren Drew, age 89, passed peacefully from this life to his eternal home with his Lord and Savior on February 14, 2024. He was surrounded by his family in the comfort of his home.

Warren was born on October 5th, 1934, to A.C. and Margaret Drew in Frannie, Wyoming. The family then moved to Arlee, Montana for a few years, where Warren graduated from Arlee High School in 1952. He attended the University of Montana and graduated in 1960 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. While there, Warren was also a member of the ROTC, in which he served for six years. During his time at the university, Warren met Nona Fay Larson, and they were married in 1959. After living a few years in Great Falls, the family, now including two small daughters, moved back to Missoula, where Warren opened and managed D.A. Davidson. In 1976, now divorced, Warren left D.A. Davidson to pursue his passion for adventure. He participated in Bike centennial, where he rode his bike across the United States from Oregon to Virginia. After successfully completing the Bike centennial, Warren moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, to follow his dream of sailing.

Shortly after purchasing a sailboat, he met the love of his life, Jennifer Ashley Pounds. The two were married on December 9, 1977. They spend the next 47 years loving each other and their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Many adventures of sailing, road trips, world travel, biking, and cross-country skiing. They adopted a little girl named Spring. They lived in Poison for 10 years then moved to Lakeside in 1987.

Warren started taking teams by bus from Montana to Mexico to help share the gospel and build a church. Many lives were changed from those mission trips with Ministries to Mexico along with lots of adventures! His greatest delight was seeing lives changed by accepting Christ as their Lord and Savior. He is survived by his wife Jennifer; daughters- Desiree, Whitney, and Spring; and sister, Helen Jeakins. Grandchildren; Drew, Lauren, Cameron, Taylor, Aidan, and Larry. He would most want to be remembered as a man who LOVED Jesus!
